Marina

A total of thirty (30) private slips are available at the Easton Village Community Marina. Once purchased, each slip will have individually metered electric installed and hose bibs are provided at regular intervals along the pier. A pump-out facility will be constructed by the Developer for use by boats within the marina. The average mean low at this point in the Tred Avon River is 4.5 feet and the Marina is located less than 8 miles from the open water of the Chesapeake Bay.
